Asian ADRs Slightly Higher

American depository receipts of Asian stocks were 0.2% higher at 154.44 on the Bank of New York Mellon Asia ADR Index on Friday morning. Gainers in North Asia were led by Baozun (BZUN), an e-commerce solutions company, 7.1% higher, followed by 51job (JOBS), a provider of human resource services, up by 2.5% and ATA (ATAI), a provider of computer-based testing services, 2.5% higher. JinkoSolar (JKS), a manufacturer of solar modules, was up by 2.2%.

In Southern Asia, PLDT (PHI), a telecommunications service provider, was up by 4.3%, followed by SIFY Technologies (SIFY), an Indian information and communications technology company, up by 3.6% and ICICI Bank (IBN), 2.2% higher. Wipro (WIT), an Indian information technology services provider, was up by 0.6%. Decliners in North Asia were led by 500.com (WBAI), an online sports lottery service provider, 5.7% lower, followed by Yintech Investment (YIN), an online provider of spot commodity trading services, down by 5.4% and Yingli Green Energy (YGE), a Chinese solar panel manufacturer, 4.1% lower. China Life Insurance (LFC), a life insurance company, was 1.3% lower.
