Amazon.com To Open Fulfillment Center In Miami

Amazon.com said it is planning a new more than 800,000-square-foot fulfillment center in Miami, Florida, creating over 1,000 full-time jobs. The center will utilize Amazon Robotics capabilities.

Amazon said it entered Florida in 2013 and has created more than 4,000 full-time since that time. The new facility will increase the company’s presence to 10 locations and will grow its workforce in the state to more than 7,500.The new Amazon fulfillment center will be located at The Carrie Meek International Business Park.
